Amy Krouse Rosenthal is the author of adult and children's books. She is the author of the memoir Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life. She has written over 20 children's books including Little Pea, Little Hoot, Cookies: Bite-Size Life Lessons, Duck! Rabbit!, Spoon, The OK Book, and Plant a Kiss. Her short films include The Beckoning of Lovely, The Money Tree, The Kindness Thought Bubble, and Life is a Marathon. Her essays and articles have appeared in The New York Times, Hallmark Magazine, Parenting, O: The Oprah Magazine, and McSweeney's. She is also the host of the radio show Writers' Block Party on WBEZ Chicago Public Radio. Her title Exclamation Mark! made the New York Times Best Seller List for 2013 and Uni the Unicorn made the New York Times bestseller List in 2014.
